Building Link Design were appointed to assist with an extensive modernisation and extension of an existing bungalow in the heart of a Yorkshire village. The innovative design created a unique dwelling to suit the Client’s brief and living requirements; including an extension to the rear.
The extension of the property forms an open plan living area with ample natural light which creates the heart of the home and is accessed from the generously formed Entrance Foyer that is used as an entry to the remainder of the re-modelled dwelling.
Careful use of space, design flair and working closely with the client were key aspects in this successfully completed project.
